Enhanced Communication Skills are developed by expanding your “External awareness”, “Internal Awareness” and “Self Awareness”.
Enhanced Communication works in 4 stages.
Stage 1: It starts with enhancing your abilities to “Observe” your surroundings at a heightened level (without overwhelm). You then use your new observation skills to focus on others, gathering datapoints of information about them, and combining that information into a 3-D Value System of the person. These datapoints are gathered from “Verbal”, “Non-verbal” and “Intuitional” prompts delivered to you from the other person. This enables you to clearly understand their message to you.
Stage 2: Requires you to “Know Thyself” and “Know Your Message”. This is firstly done through the Next Level Mindset process, and secondly it is further developed through the Marketing Mindset training.
Stage 3: Deliver “Your Message in Their Terms”. Speaking in terms of their values, language structures and gestures. Essentially you mirror them with your message. This is done through Ethical Influence.
Stage 4: Cyclic Delivery of your message. Essentially valuing their values and delivering your message repeatedly. This takes time to learn, but becomes highly effective at delivering your message.
