Policy Overview
Our refund and returns policy* lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer you a refund or exchange.
Additional non-returnable items upon purchase:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
PLEASE NOTE: *Merchant Fees are not refunded as these funds are kept by our Merchant “Square”. Merchant fees currently average 2.2%. So if your purchase was AUD $999, the merchant fee would be AUD $21.98.
Refunds
All requests for refund MUST be emailed to: info@stevenbettles.com within 30 days of purchase.
In the subject heading your must state: REFUND REQUEST
In the body of the email: Please quote your name, email address and the product or service you ordered, date of order, amount paid in Australian Dollars.
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email within 72 hours to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within a further 72 hours.
If you are approved, then your refund (amount paid less any merchant fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially returned to your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return less freight costs. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
